I have known Mark Hopkins for over twenty years. Originally he worked for his father’s flat maintenance and cleaning business and they were involved in the weekly management, cleaning and gardening to maintain our blocks of flats in Northolt, Middlesex.

The service they provided was entirely satisfactory and the flat service company, who were employed by us at Dalgold to maintain the flats, employed them continuously. They also won the contract for the redecoration of the external and internal common parts in accordance with the lease.

Mark decided to extend his service into flat management and set up Sunbrite Property Management. When Dalgold were seeking to improve the management of our blocks of flats and make cost savings at the same time, we chose to try Sunbrite based on their good and cost-effective cleaning and maintenance record. Having initially engaged Mark to do some insurance repairs to my Flat in London when I was living in Scotland - he carried out the Estimate and repairs to a very high degree of workmanship sending me pictures of the project at various stages of the project.

Due to the high standard shown, I had no hesitation in getting Mark involved when I wanted to get a new Kitchen and Bathroom in the flat and both bedrooms in a good state so that I was in a position to rent it out, he arranged the design of the kitchen keeping me in loop with pictures of the work done.

Once the work was done, I was more than happy to ask Mark to be the agent on the ground as he could deal with any local issues rapidly e.g. when the flat below was flooded due to a leak from my flat - I just picked up the phone and Mark was on the case immediately calling in local tradesmen to fix. He also shown many prospective tenants round the flat.
