The John Idan Group
John Idan is a superb guitarist/vocalist and the long-time frontman of The Yardbirds.
Originally from Detroit, John now llves with his wife and family in Germany so this is a rare appearance for John and his blues band at The Eel Pie Club.
John has toured the world numerous times with The Yardbirds and has played sold out shows on a variety of world class stages such as The Royal Albert Hall in London; The Royal Festival Hall, the House of Blues in LA (guesting: Steve Vai), South by South West (guesting: Slash) etc.
John has also recently been playing guitar and singing with Ric Lees’s Natural Born Swingers, a band led by Ric Lee of Ten Years After.
